I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with many years of experience who strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for students of all levels. With my experience and deep understanding of the practice, I offer a wide range of classes to meet the needs of everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

My classes focus on mindfulness, breathwork and alignment and emphasize the importance of connecting breath with mind and body to achieve balance and inner peace. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my classes will guide you through mindful movement and breath-centred practices that promote relaxation, self-awareness, and inner peace.

I offer a supportive and encouraging approach and inspire my students to deepen their practice and discover their inner strength and resilience by integrating conscious breathing into their daily lives.

In addition to traditional yoga classes, I also specialize in chair yoga, making the practice accessible to those with limited mobility or physical constraints. My chair yoga classes focus on gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness, providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
